Our Shipping Policy

We ship to UK only.

 

By ordering Alcohol from our website you are agreeing that you are aged 18 or older.

It is an offense to order alcohol if you are under the age of 18. Each gift will be required to be signed for on delivery to someone +18.

 

Price of shipping: this is added at checkout:

 Royal Mail 2-3 Day tracked & signed Service: £4.10

Royal Mail next working Day tracked & signed service: £6.60

Post purchase gifts are usually dispatched within 1 working day, Please allow an additional day for dispatch during busy periods such as Christmas and Mothers Day.

We do not dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays. We DO NOT offer a weekend shipping service as we are closed Saturday & Sunday.

Sometimes UK Delivery can take longer than expected for reasons beyond our control.

Please use your tracking details available on your order to locate your parcel or use the next point to locate your parcel.

 

Your Item is saying arrived but it hasn't?

If no one is home to accept your parcel when delivery is attempted, Royal mail will occasionally take it back to your local delivery office or deliver it to a neighbour or to a designated safe place. Please visit your local delivery office with the tracking code and address provided on your order.

Please Note: Royal Mail will not class items as missing until 10 working days have passed so please do be patient and in the meantime we would recommend checking at your local delivery office.

Returns

If you are unhappy with products purchased which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.

The products must be returned to us in good condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of receiving the box back. Any product returned must be within its original packaging. (Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products and you will receive a refund for the amount of the gift, minus the shipping cost.

However, if any products that we send to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products.

My order has been returned to you, can i still get it?

Yes we can resend it out, however you will have to cover the shipping cost & will be sent using DPD signed service.

If you would like a refund you, you will get this returned within 30 days, minus the postage cost + the administration fee we are charged by royal mail.
